Berries smoothie

Summers are here and all that a kid ask for is something “Thanda-thanda ,cool-cool”.Instead of serving them high calory carbonated drink, let’s get frosty with this super easy and delicious smoothie! it is full of nutrition for kids as well as adults. Kids will definitely love it too.


 Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and/or blackberries)
1 small banana, optional (but adds extra creaminess!)
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk or water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or ground vanilla bean powder, optional Add honey as per taste

Method:

Place ingredients into your blender, blend until smooth, stopping every now and then to scrape down the sides if needed. Add an extra splash of  milk or water as needed.

Serve as is in a glass with straw/spoon. Alternately, serve in a bowl making a smoothie bowl. You can also top it with some nuts and seeds of your choice.
