It’s said good reads and a good diet helps you sail through the pregnancy smoothly. I did not read much during my pregnancy days as I was working but the one read I took seriously was Rujuta Diwaker’s book on pregnancy.

I am an avid reader of Rujuta’s blogs. She is a famous nutritionist not forget to mention the one who turned Kareena Kapoor to size 0. I like her posts because she unlike the other dietitians these days does not recommend fancy foods. She believes in more of basic eating habits as followed by our grannies back in their time. And to everyone’s belief, they lead a better and healthy life than us.

Why you should read this book:

It has some basic eating tips trimester wise, meal plans, some recipes contributed by women around India, exercise tips, do’s and don’t before, during and after pregnancy. It’s surely a good read during those days. It will definitely help you eat right and healthy.
